JBParking understands the needs of car parkers commuting to Singapore looking to park their vehicles at a safe, secure, low-cost, and closest site to the Johor Bahru CIQ checkpoint before entering Singapore.
To solve these needs, we built a 24-hour operating outdoor parking site that can accommodate up to 2000 cars at Jalan Lumba Kuda, Tanjung Puteri with the partnership support of R & A Selatan Jaya.
The parking site is strategically located where many parking companies operate and 1000s parkers used to park. The distance between our site and the JB CIQ is 10-15 minutes (an estimation of walking, which may differ on individual walking speed).

We offer affordable monthly car parking plans to suit your needs and habits by allocating parking space without having you pay daily and allowing you to pay in advance each month.
This ensures you have a parking space allocated specifically for your vehicle and gives you the convenience to leave and return from the parking site as many times as you need during the day.

Then you will bring over to the personalized WhatsApp booking management chat system. Please follow and provide all the booking-related details in the chat.
Pay & Confirm 1st Month's Subscription
Then, you'll be given available digital payment methods to proceed with payment. After payment has been made, please send the payment slip by pressing the link provided in the WhatsApp booking chat within one hour. (This is to avoid the temporary booking window becoming auto-expired after one hour.)
Receive Booking Confirmation Details
Once we receive your payment update, our team will process your booking further. Finally, you'll receive an official digital receipt and booking confirmation details once completed.

Our parking site is operating 24 hours daily including Public Holidays.
To book a parking space, please go to our monthly parking subscriptions section and click "GET OFFER NOW" from the parking plan type of your choosing.
Then you will bring over to the personalized WhatsApp booking management chat system. Please follow and provide correct answers for all booking-related questions.
Next, you will be given available digital payment methods to proceed with the 1st-month payment. After payment has been made, please forward the payment slip as guided in the WhatsApp booking chat.
Finally, you will receive an official digital receipt and booking confirmation details within several hours once the booking process is completed. We will also provide you a parking pass window sticker for you to stick on the front windscreen of your car during parking.
For 1st time payment:
Upon you providing booking-related details on the WhatsApp booking management chat system, at the end of the chat, you will be provided a digital payment link that comes with available payment methods like Bank-Transfer; TnG eWallet; other eWallets (Boost/GrabPay) (*coming soon); Credit/Debit Card (*coming soon). You may choose the one best suited for your transaction.
After payment has been made, please forward the payment slip as guided in the WhatsApp booking chat.
Within several hours you will receive the official digital receipt and booking confirmation details for your records.
For monthly renewals:
You’ll receive automated renewal notifications 10 days, 5 days, 3 days before the expiry date with a digital payment link. Again, you may choose the one you prefer to make a payment with and forward the payment slip as guided in the WhatsApp booking chat.
Within several hours you will receive the official digital receipt and renewal confirmation details for your records.
Note:
Credit/Debit Card payment option is in the progress of implementation and will be available soonest.
On the 1st day of your parking, please show the digital receipt provided to the parking counter. And continue to park your car at your preferred space from the available bays.

Please stick the parking pass window sticker once you receive it and ensure it is visible during your parking (for car parking customers only).
Yes, you can enter and exit multiple times in a day using the same vehicle registered with us.
You can book as advance as can or at least 24 hours before your nominated 1st parking date.
You’ll receive digital receipts to your WhatsApp after every successful payment you have made (including 1st-time bookings and monthly renewal payments).
Yes, you can use the same active parking subscription to park any one of your vehicles at one-time.
You are required to update us with both vehicle registration numbers at the time of booking or later by contacting our helpdesk via WhatsApp.
You are required to buy an additional parking pass window sticker at RM10.00 (one-time cost) to stick on your 2nd vehicle.

Please remember to stick the parking pass window stickers on the front windscreen of your vehicles and ensure be visible during parking.
Yes, you are welcome to visit the parking site before booking.

Guaranteed space means allocating space for your booking from the entire parking site. And we’ll ensure there are available parking spaces for active subscriptions.
No, you are welcome to park in any available space of your choosing within the parking site.
You must ensure that the parking pass window sticker is stuck and visible on the front windscreen of your car during parking (for car parking customers only).
If you fail to do so you may be issued with an infringement notice and/or your vehicle may be towed away. If you have lost your parking pass window sticker, please contact our helpdesk to get a new one for RM10.00 per sticker.
Sorry. For now, we don’t have any special parking facilities for disabled drivers. We’re under planning to implement it soon.
No, there is no contract. You can cancel your monthly parking subscription anytime.

1. These Terms & Conditions apply from the moment that you subscribe to our parking services and/or drive your vehicle into this parking site and apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You also bind the owner of the vehicle you are driving to all these Terms & Conditions and warrant your authority to do so.
PAYMENT AND BREACH OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
2. You agree to the following rules:
(a) You must comply with all rules or directions displayed in the parking site from time to time and with all relevant laws.
(b) You must not obstruct other persons or vehicles using the parking site.
(c) You must not park in any area marked “RESERVED” or “NO PARKING” or outside of the line-marked parking spaces.
(d) You must not park in space over the stipulated parking time.
(e) The vehicle you are parking in this parking site must be in safe working order, be roadworthy and be always able to be driven under its power, and not present any danger or risk to other vehicles or persons or the parking site.
(f) You must pay in advance for your parking space every month from the date start parking.
(g) Lost parking pass will be charged at the rate of RM50 per pass.
(h) Parker will have to pay fines upfront in case of disputes and an appeal is to be made in writing to SRIPROP DIGITAL SDN. BHD. and/or R & A Selatan Jaya via email. Outcomes will be determined only after investigations by SRIPROP DIGITAL SDN. BHD. and/or R & A Selatan Jaya.
3. If you contravene clauses 2 (a) to (g) of the above Terms & Conditions, you agree that we may apply a wheel clamp to your vehicle and/or remove your vehicle by having it towed at your own risk and expense and we may hold the vehicle until all outstanding debt has been paid. If we apply a wheel clamp to your vehicle or have it towed, you agree that your vehicle will only be released upon payment of the release fee and payment of any outstanding debt. The clamping fee will be charged at RM100.00 per day.
